• Disciplinary Procedure

    There are two main committees to handle the Disciplinary Procedures:

    Disciplinary Committee

    The Disciplinary Committee (“DC”) will review reports issued by the Fraud Investigation department in addition to any other cases referred by the management from time to time and issue disciplinary decisions related to the findings.

    Conduct Disciplinary Committee

    Conduct Disciplinary Committee (“CDC”) conducts investigation when there is credible information that significant wrongdoing, misconduct, ethical lapses have been committed and issues disciplinary actions against the employee at fault in line with the disciplinary action framework.
