• Grievance Procedure

    The objective of the Grievance Policy of the Bank is to assure employees grievances are handled with due care and resolved appropriately. Therefore, an employees grievance committee has been formed to hear employee complaints on work-related issues and to offer an unbiased response based on facts after hearing all relevant information. The Grievance Committee also reviews issues concerning employees that cannot be resolved through the normal process.
