• Employee Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct

    As employees of ADIB, you are responsible to ensure appropriate behavioral standards and adherence to professional conduct at the core of what you do on a daily basis. To continually strengthen our control environment, all employees are required to electronically access, read and sign the Code through the Learning module on the E-HR system upon joining, and periodically, as and when required by the Group Human Resources, to acknowledge obligations to proper conduct in a professional manner.
