• Employee Resignation

    In the event that an employee wishes to resign before the employment contract expiry date, he/she may submit their resignation on E-HR system and serve the applicable notice period as specified in their employment contract. However, final decision on continuity of work during the notice period is up to the discretion of the Management.

    ADIB will provide you with the experience certificate indicating job title, date of joining and last working day.

    Employees may withdraw their resignation on the E-HR system prior to the last working day; final decision is up to the discretion of the Management.

    Non-Solicit and Competition Obligations

    Following termination of your employment, you will continue to be bound by your obligations of confidentiality

    In particular, you shall not divulge, use, or in any other way cause to enter into the possession of a third party, any lists or details of customers, or products, or any item of confidential information, or knowledge that was gained by virtue of your employment, or in respect of which the Bank is bound by an obligation of confidence to a third party.

    During your notice period or any agreed period thereafter, you may not go into competition with ADIB
