• Performance Grievance Procedure

    Any employee has the right to raise a grievance on valid grounds related to their year-end performance ranking assigned to them by their Line Manager/Group Head.

    The time frame to raise a grievance is a maximum of (5) working days after the employee is formally communicated with their performance ranking.

    The employee can approach the grievance committee through the e-HR System.
